Police reports show that Curtis had met with a young man, Cody Castagna 26, at a local erotic video store. The two men left the store, there was some sort of exchange of money, and then proceeded to check into Curtis’ upscale hotel room. Curtis claims after the two had engaged in “mutual sexual activity”, Castagna left the hotel with his wallet.
